The bearcub cookout is May 1st at our normal lunch time from 12:51 to 1:21. Come join us for a fun picnic outside!
Unfortunately, due to the weather I was not able to meet with a lot of you for parent teacher conferences. I am sending home a yellow packet with academic information and helpful resources. Please look over the contents in the folder. The only two forms that need to be signed and returned are the Title 1 compacts and the blue field trip permission form. If you have any questions or would like to schedule a phone conference or to meet after school in March please do not hesitate to contact me. Thank you for your corporation!
I am looking forward to our upcoming Early Release parent teacher conferences on Wednesday, February 25 and Thursday, February 26. On these two days the students will be released at noon. You can sign up for a conference on the Berkeley Lake website. You will see a button to click on the home page website starting on Monday, February 9 to begin the process. If you are unable to sign up online please send me a note with your available days and times for your conference! We had a wonderful week back from winter break! It was filled with lots of learning and reviewing expectations. To get us excited about the new year we made New Year's hats and even made our very own New Year's resolutions. Thank you for making the winter party successful. It would have been impossible with out all of the participation, donations, and volunteers!
The winter party is quickly approaching! It will be in Ms. Wright's room Friday December 19th @9:30 to 10:30ish am. To make it a fun and successful party we will need volunteers to help with crafts and serving food. A sign up sheet for food donations has been sent home with your child, please send it back as soon as possible. The form is also attached in this post. Thanks everyone for all that you do to help make this classroom successful!![]()
Our field trip to Duluth High School was so much fun! We got to see the high school students put on a spectacular play called Honk! The play was based off of the story of the Ugly Duckling. The students really enjoyed the show!
Thank you for those who came to the Kindergarten Feast! Here are a few pictures from the special day. Thanks Max's mom for being the photographer!
The Kindergarten Program and Feast is this Friday, November 21st @9:00am.
The students have been working extremely hard and cannot wait to showcase their talent to all of you! I hope to see parents and/or grandparents join us next Friday morning to see this adorable kindergarten show! Don’t forget your camera! Math Night is here! November 6th, 6:00-7:00
Come and learn fun and interactive math games that you can play at home. Some of the kindergarten games include dominoes, bump, concentration and war. We have been playing the games all week and I know the students are excited to teach you how to play! There will also be game supplies available to take home. I hope to see you for a fun filled night! |
